Arthur Makosinski

Arthur Makosinski served as Contributing Editor to Pen-Based Computing: The Journal of Stylus Systems from 1993 to 1998.

Makosinski is an award-winning filmmaker and accomplished electronics engineer. He is an recognized independent filmmaker in the US and Canada, and co-founded filmmaker cooperatives in both New York and New Brunswick (Canada).

During the 1990s, Makosinski designed and constructed multiple electronic devices for biomedical use. He also invented wireless microphone systems utilizing FM-modulated UV light for transmission.

Makosinski has engineered miniature oscilloscopes, and designed and constructed a series of specialized film movie cameras.
