SportSoft Golf, Inc. Acquires 3Wedge, PDA Software Developer of ultraCaddie, the Ultimate Golfing Companion
WALL, N.J. — June 29, 2000 — SportSoft Golf, a leading golf industry media and technology company, today announced its fifth acquisition in just nine months, of 3Wedge, the developer of the unique ultraCaddie(TM) software for hand held Palm Computing platforms. Ultra Caddie is the fastest growing golf round analyzer, game improvement and scoring system software on the market today and was given a four star rating by Golf Magazine.
