Option International launches UK office
October 3, 1997 — Option International, world leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of mobile data communications solutions for users of portable computers and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA's) has opened a new UK office to lead its sales and marketing efforts in the UK and Ireland.
To head up the team Option has recruited Matthew Judge as Channel Sales Manager whose role of successfully developing an already strong channel within the UK and Ireland is critical to Option's strategic marketing plans. Option are committed to supporting the existing channel and ensuring that they continue to increase their market share in the two markets. Matthew brings valuable experience from his time with DIP Systems Ltd where he focussed on the PCMCIA mobile data solutions.
