AllPen Ships NetHopper 3.0 Mobile Graphical Web Browser
HANNOVER, Germany — March 12, 1997 — AllPen Software's NetHopper 3.0 web browser technology is being bundled on Apple Computer, Inc.'s newly released eMate 300 and MessagePad 2000 mobile computers.
The MessagePad 2000, positioned as a mobile Internet device, features a 160 MHz StrongARM processor, while the eMate 300 features multi-platform desktop computer for the educational marketplace.
Both devices will ship with AllPen's NetHopper 3.0 Graphical Internet Web Browser.
Apple's new devices and AllPen's browser are being demonstrated in Apple Computer's booth (Hall 12, location C24) at the CeBIT 97 tradeshow. CeBIT is Europe's largest information technology trade fair.
