Palm Computing and Symbian Announce Today Their Intent to Cooperate to Expand the Size of the Global Wireless Market Place
GENEVA — October 13, 1999 — Palm Computing Inc., a 3Com company, and Symbian announced today that they intend to cooperate to enlarge the growing wireless telephony market. In order to achieve this goal, Palm and Symbian have agreed to discuss the licensing of each other's technologies.
