The Vantive Corporation (NASDAQ:VNTV), the recognized founder and leader of the Customer Asset Management software market, today announced at the Association For Service Managers International (AFSMI) Conference this week that MiniVan, a software application that gives mobile professionals immediate access to the Vantive Enterprise, integrates with the PalmPilot organizer from 3Com Corporation.
MiniVan enables mobile professionals to access, query and update customer and prospect information captured and maintained in the Vantive Enterprise. By using the PalmPilot, enabled with the Unwired Planet UP.Browser(TM) and the Novatel Wireless Minstrel(TM) IP Modem, mobile MiniVan users are provided with instant access to valuable customer and prospect information.
